The anxiety produced by imagining trouble can cause produce tremendous stress. Often what we fret over never comes about. Worry is a time stealer. Abraham Lincoln said, “People seldom, if ever, are destroyed by what happens on one particular day. What does us in is our worry about what might happen tomorrow… And when we think of it, no crisis ever happened in the future.” Make a resolution to wait to worry this year.
